BHK-E – Industrial Dual Piston Volumetric Divider

Thanks to the newly designed cutting drum and suction piston used in our BHK-E machine, dough is cut without being damaged or compressed. It processes even the most delicate types of dough gently, as if cut by hand. The dough hopper and outer covers are made of stainless steel. Weight adjustment can be done manually or via the PLC screen. Weight ranges are available in separate machines as 50–200 g, 100–600 g, and 250–1000 g.

The machine is produced in separate models with weight ranges of 50–200 g, 100–600 g, and 250–1000 g. It can cut at least 20 and up to 40 pieces of dough per minute. Compared to similar machines, it saves up to 90% in oil consumption.

PLC Screen Panel: Weight adjustment is done automatically via buttons. The main body is fully made of steel. The cutting drum is chrome-coated, and the piston housing is stainless steel. The suction piston is made of non-oxidizing material. Operates with a 24V control panel and is easy to move. Machine weight: 500 kg. Features a closed-circuit lubrication system. At the end of operation, the drum and piston automatically return to the discharge position. Standard features include dough counting, independent operation of the flouring motor, a standard hopper capacity of 70 kg, stainless steel side covers, belt-pulley motor system, stepless speed adjustment, and a dough doubling system on the conveyor belt.
