BSV-T Single Shaper Long Moulder Machine

This machine is designed to handle all types of bread dough, including pan bread and small baguettes. It features four pressing and shaping rollers, each equipped with plastic scrapers.

The pressing table is adjustable and can be easily opened backward for cleaning. The maximum shaping length is 420 mm, and the dough processing capacity is 2,800 pieces per hour. The roller and pressing table adjustment levers can also be mounted on the opposite side of the available space.

An optional double-dough version can be produced. The machine includes dough-centering wings and a special food-grade shaping conveyor belt. The pressing table can be opened easily. It features a 24V control panel and can be moved and secured with ease.

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and weighs 220 kg. It has non-stick, food-grade dough-kneading rollers. There are four kneading rollers in total. Single-point adjustment allows simultaneous control of the dough pad and rollers, and an optional double-dough version suitable for deck ovens can be made.
