This is a loading system used in bakeries that automatically shapes the dough, arranges the shaped dough on trays at specific intervals, and loads the trays onto transport carts according to the desired system.

GENERAL FEATURES

This system eliminates the disadvantages of human factors and manual labor while providing some additional advantages. It ensures that the dough is shaped and arranged on trays and pans in a hygienic, standardized manner with minimal movement. In addition, it automatically loads the trays with arranged dough onto transport carts according to the desired system, reducing the workload.

The machine operates from the dough cutting machine onwards, allowing production without manual contact. All settings are adjustable via a screen. Parts that may come into contact with dough are made of stainless steel. The system can track the number of dough pieces processed daily. Users also have the ability to control the robot remotely.
