It ensures that the dough is shaped and arranged on trays and pans in a standardized, hygienic manner with minimal movement. Additionally, it automatically loads trays with arranged dough onto transport carts according to the desired system, reducing workload.

The machine operates from the dough cutting machine onwards, allowing production without manual contact. All settings can be adjusted via a screen. Parts that may come into contact with the dough are made of stainless steel. The system can track the number of dough pieces processed daily. Users also have the ability to control the robot remotely.
